Taught by Erika Levy, this class combines barre choreography with upbeat music that will leave you feeling strong, empowered and energized. Your instructor always provides low impact options as well as progressions meant to challenge you.
Barre Above® blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the method of Lotte Berk, Founder of the “Barre Movement”. This class is designed for a wide range of fitness levels, ages and bodies.

- Yoga Mat
