Each morning, before you step into your roles as partner, parent, teacher, or leader, give yourself a few sacred moments of pure rolelessness.
Sense your breath moving softly through you. Let your thoughts drift like clouds until only awareness remains. Then allow your body to move not to accomplish, but to express.
Choose one mindful movement that your body asks for today: a gentle stretch, a slow Qigong flow, or even standing still with your eyes closed, sense life pulse through your heart.
Journal what arises not from the mind’s need to record, but from the depth of the heart.
In this sacred ritual of being before becoming, you remember your true nature: expansive, present, in harmony, and free.
When you begin the day in stillness, you no longer chase peace. You move as peace itself.
