Give your child the joy of a 6 week series full of creative Yoga-based activities, stretching, strengthening, stories and play! Let them spring into a fresh year with a fun and relaxing Yoga practice. Together, we explore our bodies, breath, guided visualizations/meditations, and sensations through Yoga. We learn ways to include Yoga practices in our daily lives – such as using their breath to calm down, or using physical postures (asanas) to wake up!
Please have your child wear comfortable clothing that they can move in and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We will practice Yoga barefoot. Still & Moving Center will provide all necessary equipment.
Please register under your CHILD’s name. All sales final. Since space is limited, you will be enrolling your child for the entire week.

Olivia Trice inspires her students to find their confidence and positive sense of self through movement!
A filmmaker turned aerialist, Olivia seamlessly blends her creative vision with her passion for movement. She developed her theatrical craft at the prestigious conservatory, Duke Ellington School of the Arts, which she now incorporates into her aerial dance practice, crafting performances that are as emotive as they are physically compelling.
Certified with 150 hours of aerial teacher training and accredited by AIReal Yoga, Olivia specializes in aerial dance and aerial yoga. Her favorite dance partner is her silk hammock which she describes as both a source of emotional solace and a tool for physical expression.
Olivia’s teaching philosophy centers on the relationship between the dancer and their apparatus, encouraging students to explore their creativity, develop musicality and convey powerful stories through choreography.
Olivia grew up on island and graduated from Hawaii Pacific University. Deceptively youthful in her looks, Olivia is a delightful force to be reckoned with!
