We begin with a meditative yin yoga series with David Sanders, opening the energy lines in and around the heart in preparation for the Limitless Bliss portion of the workshop. In this traditional yin session, we will hold our asana (poses) for 3-5 minutes each, cultivating our patience and increasing the body’s flexibility and openness. Grant accompanies our yin yoga with the deeply soothing, lilting song of the Swiss Hang drum.
From the stillness of yin, Grant leads us into light movement, bringing us fully present in the body. His segment of the workshop is titled: Introduction to Limitless Bliss and the Wisdom of Love.
This interactive group communication session is geared towards the enlightenment of all participants, with no affiliation to any religion or tradition. Anybody can join!
Operating on a level of truth and integrity, Grant helps bring us to awareness of the whole one consciousness that we all are.
He also helps us to uncover deep unconscious and subconscious tendencies that keep us from aligning with spirit and our higher selves. Grant assists in bringing up people’s “stuff” that is not actually theirs. We work together on seeing it for what it is and letting it go, together for the duration of the session, and individually for many days afterwards. Everyone’s privacy is honored, and all healing happens collectively during the session.
It is up to each individual to continue the work on their own “stuff” after the session…if they choose. Grant simply initiates the healing process that our higher selves want.
Grant speaks about cultivating, sustaining and realizing love and the true nature of ‘bliss’. He provides guidance on our self-driven process to transcend fear and illusory limitations through dedicated lifestyle shifts infused with spiritual aspirations.
Grant suggests steps each person can take on their own in the stages of enlightenment that are possible for everybody. He gives take-home practices for individual clearing and recharging of our systems to be inundated with pure light and higher consciousness. He teaches grounding and stabilizing techniques to assimilate the increasing intensity of life force while remaining completely relaxed and “in the body”. Before leaving, we receive as ‘homework’ certain mindfulness practices to increase acceptance, gratitude and love, to embrace life from the vantage point of the higher self.
Each session will be unique and valuable, the second session allowing participants from the first to go deeper. Newcomers welcome to both.
David Sanders began his personal yoga practice in 1976, studying at a variety of locations in Los Angeles, including Billy Porter’s Urban Yoga Workout, and Yoga Works, Santa Monica. David deepened his practice at Kalani resort on the island of Hawaii, graduating from their Yoga Teacher Training in April of 2002. David has taught at Kalani Resort on Big Island, Hawaii for past six years at regular classes and at men’s yoga retreats. While at Kalani, he had the opportunity to study with Alan McGrew, a student of Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, authors of the current practice known as Yin Yoga.
Grant Goodwin devotes his existence to being a living instrument of Source. Grant is free from any religion or system of belief. Grant travels the world studying with spiritual teachers and healers, thus far in India, Africa, Europe, North America, Central America, and South America.
