February 7 – March 21, 2021

FREE

Please note, you must sign up for each of the 7 classes individually.

In this 7-week meditation series, we will explore the 7 Elements of Air, Fire, Water, Earth, Space, Wind and Wood.

In this practice we tune into seven elements found in nature, as inspired by the teachings of traditional elders and wisdom-keepers of the Great Plains, the West Coast, and the Southern Tropical Rainforests of the Americas.

We…

Breathe in the freshness of the air into our beings,

Draw close to the ancient hearth fire that burns infinitely, inviting us to awaken our heart minds

Swim, drink, play and immerse ourselves in the water of the oceans, rivers, and rain

Ground into the earth, with the ‘aina, with the Mother, feeling our feet supported and held

Expand our beings into the space of the cosmos and the beauty of the crystalline realm

Attune our bodies and beings, hearkening to the messages of the whispering wind

and

Root ourselves deeply in the memory that we all come from the one world tree, inviting us into infinite SOURCE.

… And give thanks!

This practice deeply relaxes, rejuvenates and inspires us. It is very simple and accessible for all levels of skill. Although some experience with seated meditation is a plus, we really need no prior experience.

Each week we focus on a different element. We begin each session with 15 minutes of guided meditation as we tune into the unique aspects of this week’s element. Then we sit for 20 minutes of silent insight and reflection as we move into deep integration. We close with time for sharing and questions, with the option to sign off early and stay in deep stillness.

Join in for the full time, or stay for as long as you are called. All welcome!
