Thanks to a generous donation from the Hawai’i State Commission on Status of Women, the Commission will sponsor
10 women daily with FREE admission for the Women’s Wellness Series.
5 free daily for the talks and another 5 free daily for the movement classes.

Price: $10 or 3 for $24
Followed by Women’s Movement Classes 1:00 – 2:00 pm
$12 or 3 for $30 ($9 in conjunction with the lunch series)
An inter-active, lunch discussion series, women will be encouraged to explore all the ways they can care for themselves and develop positive strategies to improve or maintain their health. Areas of focus include: nutrition, movement, and integrating the mind-body-spirit connection through the life transitions of menstruation, pregnancy, motherhood and menopause.
“All modalities of health and wellness,” says Renee Tillotson, founder of Still and Moving Center, “if they are to be effective, must link the mind, body, and spirit. The Still and Moving holds that space and we invite women of all ages to join us in this exploration.”
