In the newly dawned year, let’s delve inside ourselves to glimpse what adventure that awaits us in 2024. We begin the workshop with a grounding meditation, then move into visioning. We are instinctively drawn to images, where the “expression of the Soul” is revealed.
With the images you are drawn to, you will create a collage on your Inspiration Card to keep with you throughout the year. In the months to come, your Inspiration Card can remind you of challenges, tools, assets, companions, and vistas you originally envisioned for your 2024 adventure.
Involve the senses of your body, the intellect of your mind, and intuition of your spirit as you create your Inspiration Card. As an alternative or addition to your Inspiration Card, you may choose to create an Inspiration Page in your Still & Moving Center almanac.
If available, please bring a magazine or two that you don’t mind cutting up.

Dayl’s studies in Transpersonal Art Therapy lead her to discover again and again that creative expression is innate in all human beings and is an important exercise in the path to Soul healing. Join her in this workshop as she holds you through the exploration of card-making to deepen your connection to your Soul expression.
