Join us for a night of song, contemplation, and reflection as Malia Helela soulfully leads this sing-along, promoting peace within all participants, with the intention to extend this peace to all beings.

All songs have been chosen for their ability to touch the heart. We will begin with Ave Maria.

It is natural to gravitate towards contemplative practices in the wintertime. Rain and snow outside can make the indoors feel welcoming and cozy.

Our time together will be illuminating, calm and peaceful.

Please have an unlit candle and something to light it with. We will begin with an opening prayer and candle lighting ceremony.

外は雨や雪が降り、家の中がとても心地よく過ごしやすくなる冬の時期には、自然と静かに黙想する時間を過ごすことに惹かれます。共に光り輝く、穏やかで安らぎの時を過ごしましょう。

キャンドルの火を灯す用意をしておいて下さい。お祈りとキャンドルの点灯のセレモニーから始まります。
